Lead/Senior Software Engineer, Fullstack (AI Studio)

Salary: $145,000–$219,000 USD annual base pay

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain performant, scalable full-stack applications.
• Build visual tools that help developers and data scientists create end-to-end enterprise AI applications.
• Collaborate with product management, user interaction designers, and frontend and backend engineers.
• Lead technical design discussions covering application architecture, UI components, UX, integrations, and testing.
• Fix bugs, solve engineering problems, and improve product performance and technology.
• Manage project deliverables, mentor junior engineers, and help build the engineering team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of professional software development experience, or 8+ years for lead-level candidates.
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, and web application development.
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript frameworks such as React, Redux, Vue, Backbone, or Angular.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across functions.
• Commitment to end-to-end project ownership and team-oriented engineering solutions.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in engineering, science, or a related field.
• Experience with Git, Agile development, distributed systems, test-driven development, SQL and NoSQL databases, or performance optimization tools.
• Experience leading engineering teams and projects or building scalable web applications.
