Customer Support Technician III (T3) (Semiconductor Equipment)

Salary: $23.00–$31.40 per hour

What you will do

• Plan daily work schedules and complete preventive, remedial, warranty, paid-service, and contract maintenance.
• Verify equipment operational quality, perform periodic maintenance and wet cleans, and troubleshoot process variations.
• Support Tier II start-ups and assist with Tier III start-ups across hirify.global systems.
• Coordinate customer support plans and serve as a liaison with customer front-line management.
• Track equipment performance, plan uptime improvements, and implement productivity initiatives.
• Provide technical assistance and informal guidance to less experienced personnel.

Requirements

• Proficiency in analytical processes and procedures relevant to assigned tasks.
• Working knowledge of Statistical Process Control and Quality Improvement Process methods and terminology.
• Ability to use hand and power tools and distinguish between colors.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including walking, standing, bending, kneeling, climbing stairs and ladders, and lifting up to 35 lbs.
• Ability to work in cleanroom environments while using required personal protective equipment, including coveralls, hoods, booties, safety glasses, gloves, respirators, chemical aprons, and face shields.
• Availability for approximately 10% travel.
