Event Specialist (Cybersecurity)

hirify.global is a cybersecurity company developing Zanshin, a SaaS platform for third-party cyber risk management with inside-out and outside-in visibility across cloud infrastructure and security controls.

What you will do

• Plan, organize, and execute corporate, industry, customer, partner, and internal events from briefing through post-event activities.
• Develop event timelines, checklists, budgets, action plans, agendas, keynotes, panels, and presentations.
• Manage vendors, agencies, venues, partners, suppliers, event logistics, and on-site operations.
• Coordinate trade shows, conferences, branded experiences, giveaways, attendee engagement, and customer activations.
• Work with Marketing, Sales, and internal teams on regional, local-market, and target-account initiatives.
• Track event performance, audience engagement, leads, business opportunities, budgets, return, and overall business impact through dashboards and reports.

Requirements

• Previous experience planning, producing, and managing events end to end, from initial planning through execution and post-event activities.
• Experience working with vendors, agencies, budgets, and event logistics.
• Analytical mindset and ability to measure and communicate event results and business impact.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under deadlines.
• Availability to travel and attend events on-site when required.

Nice to have

• Experience with B2B or corporate events.
• Experience in technology, cybersecurity, SaaS, or other B2B environments.
• Experience with conferences, trade shows, and industry events.
• Experience working with international events or global stakeholders.
• Experience supporting ABM or target-account initiatives through events.
• Experience working across regional or local markets.
• Familiarity with CRM, event management, and data analysis tools.
