Finance Analyst

Location: Jakarta, Indonesia

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities, general ledger accounts, and journal entries.
• Execute month-end and year-end closing for the group and its subsidiaries.
• Perform general ledger reconciliations and prepare trial balances, balance sheets, and P&L statements.
• Support group consolidation, audits, tax reporting, regulatory reporting, and management reporting.
• Contribute to budgets and forecasts while translating business activities into accurate accounting information.
• Identify opportunities to automate and improve financial systems, processes, and practices.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in accounting or finance.
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Detailed understanding of IFRS.
• Knowledge of Excel.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of management and personnel.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines and maintaining accurate, detailed results; high integrity and personal ownership.
