What you will do

• Process and issue invoices accurately and manage accounts receivable collections.
• Monitor cash flow, payment schedules, and reconcile customer accounts.
• Maintain organized financial trackers and prepare operational accounting reports for leadership.
• Support accounting system improvements and platform migrations.
• Leverage AI and automation tools to reduce manual work and modernize financial workflows.
• Ensure all financial documentation is complete, accurate, and audit-ready.

Requirements

• 3+ years of accounting or financial operations experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with QuickBooks, invoicing, and payment tracking.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Availability to work during U.S. business hours.
• Experience working with U.S.-based companies or leadership teams.
