Staff Technical Program Manager (Automotive)

Location: Charlotte, North Carolina, United States; 4–5 days per week in the office at the hirify.global corporate headquarters, with occasional business travel.

Salary: $140,000–$170,000 annual base salary, plus eligibility for an annual performance bonus.

hirify.global is developing electrified and digitally enabled pickup trucks and rugged SUVs, including all-electric and range-extender powertrains.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain program plans covering milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and critical paths.
• Coordinate Engineering, Design, R&D, and Operations to deliver digital product features and resolve blockers.
• Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships, communicate solutions, and align execution with business goals.
• Oversee the rollout of technical solutions, including performance, reliability, and consumer adoption outcomes.
• Partner with engineering teams on scalable and secure product development, applying knowledge of APIs, data systems, and platform capabilities.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks while supporting delivery improvements through Agile, Scrum, or SAFe frameworks.

Requirements

• 8+ years of program management experience focused on technical platforms and service tools.
• Experience building and launching complex digital experiences used by millions of people.
• Strong understanding of system architecture, APIs, cloud technologies, and enterprise CRM, ERP, or service management platforms.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Asana, Smartsheet, and project reporting dashboards.
• Proficiency with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
