What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop Learning Leads and Floor Trainers while setting expectations and delegating responsibilities.
- Plan and deliver onboarding, cross-training, leadership training, system rollouts, process updates, and development sessions.
- Scale training capacity for peak periods and maintain coverage across shifts, roles, and changing volumes.
- Coordinate training schedules, materials, equipment, completion records, certifications, and compliance audits.
- Partner with Operations, Staffing Agencies, site leadership, the People Team, internal trainers, and Network Support.
- Track training hours, completion rates, learning outcomes, overdue training, and improvement opportunities.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or logistics environment.
- Experience leading or managing a team, including delegation and accountability.
- Ability to build and execute onboarding and cross-training plans and scale training capacity for peak periods.
- Working knowledge of warehouse equipment, operations, WMS systems such as S1W, and handheld scanners.
- Experience training, coaching, and guiding diverse audiences with clear written and verbal communication.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, SOPs, safety protocols, compliance standards, documentation, planning, and reporting.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree.
- Previous experience in a training or coordinator role.
- Bilingual Spanish.
- HazMat familiarity.
