Senior Revenue Manager (Hospitality AI)

Location: Hybrid work in Dallas, Texas or Denver, Colorado

What you will do

• Manage strategic revenue growth for independent hotels and select chains across a portfolio of 8–15 properties.
• Analyze, recommend, and implement rate, yield, channel, and e-commerce strategy changes.
• Lead or support revenue calls with hotel owners, general managers, directors of sales, and other stakeholders.
• Present performance findings and recommendations to ownership and investment groups.
• Review daily hotel performance reports, identify revenue opportunities, and implement required strategies.
• Manage OTA relationships, digital marketing, promotions, rate parity, and channel availability to improve conversion and RevPAR.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of hotel revenue management experience.
• Advanced knowledge of at least three market-appropriate hotel brands and systems.
• Experience managing high-profile hotels in dynamic markets and working with ownership or investment groups.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Strong hotel operations knowledge, analytical communication skills, and confidence presenting data and findings.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently enough to prepare professional reports and communicate with confidence.
