Salary: $108,877.26–$163,315.90 USD annual base pay

What you will do

• Integrate software components and calibrate propulsion-control functions for prototype and production-intent vehicles.
• Perform pedal calibration, torque shaping, cruise control, brake torque interface calibration, and related vehicle calibration activities.
• Tranhirify.global vehicle requirements and functional objectives into development and testing plans.
• Work with suppliers and cross-functional teams across vehicle development phases to support successful launch and release.
• Define, execute, and supervise design verification plans and reporting.
• Support production ramp-up, resolve field issues, manage calibration changes, and deliver program milestones on time.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or related engineering.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in propulsion controls, calibration, and/or testing.
• Experience with hybrid or electrification calibration and calibration verification through the complete product cycle.
• Ability to review software documents and understand software behavior.
• Strong problem-solving, technical research, technical writing, and communication skills.
• Must be authorized to work permanently in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in engineering or business.
• 10 years of experience and full product life-cycle experience.
• Reactive and/or DFSS Black Belt experience.
• Hardware/software knowledge and validation or release experience.
