Eurodrone Industrialization Supply Chain & Quality Manager (Temp Agency)

Location: Sevilla Area, Spain; hybrid working model where possible.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end supply chain operations and quality management for suppliers within the Composite and Metallic Detail Parts team.
• Represent hirify.global in front of suppliers, authorities, and multifunctional teams during audits and assessments.
• Deploy hirify.global supply chain and quality requirements across suppliers and major programs, including Eurodrone, A400M, MRTT, L&M, EFA, and Aerostructures.
• Participate in tenders, new product introductions, transfers of work, industrial changes, modifications, and supplier assessments.
• Manage supplier risks, quality escapes, non-conformities, root-cause analysis, corrective and preventive action plans, and supplier performance surveillance.
• Oversee APQP, qualifications and certifications, first article inspections, and procurement tool deployment at suppliers.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent qualification in engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in supply chain quality and/or supply chain management.
• Negotiation-level English and Spanish are required.
• Rigorous, autonomous, customer-oriented approach with the ability to prioritize workload.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, multifunctional teamwork, flexibility, and proactive working skills.
