Senior Full Stack Engineer (React/Go)

Location: Remote US

Salary: $124,800–$183,400 USD annually, plus benefits.

What you will do

• Lead full-stack architecture and system design for critical customer-facing features.
• Own the backend roadmap, make technical decisions, and coordinate delivery across engineering, product, and design.
• Drive end-to-end execution across frontend and backend, from technical approach through stable, performant, well-tested releases.
• Optimize systems for performance, reliability, production health, and cost.
• Set engineering standards, lead design reviews, unblock teammates, and serve as a technical anchor.
• Use AI coding tools such as Claude, Codex, and Copilot to increase development velocity.

Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with deep backend and distributed-systems expertise.
• Experience building or improving high-traffic, user-facing web applications and consumer systems.
• Strong proficiency in Go, Python, Ruby, or similar backend technologies.
• Strong frontend experience with React, TypeScript, Next.js, Node.js, or similar modern web technologies.
• Experience leading teams, shipping features, designing scalable distributed systems, and making technical decisions.
• Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools and a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with high-scale commerce events.
• Familiarity with ecommerce applications.
