Technician 4, Engineering (SSD/NVM)

What you will do

• Perform daily firmware validation and related engineering support activities.
• Analyze daily production yield and report findings and recommended actions to engineers.
• Support production and engineering teams with product-related issues.
• Work with engineers on new device qualification and data collection.
• Follow technical instructions, test procedures, and standard operating processes.
• Document test results accurately and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or a related field.
• Basic understanding of SSD or Non-Volatile Memory concepts, testing methods, and common failure mechanisms.
• Familiarity with laboratory equipment, test setups, and data collection in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Hands-on troubleshooting, testing, and laboratory equipment handling skills.
• Basic problem-solving, analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Diploma or advanced certification in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, Semiconductor Technology, or a related field.
• Experience in semiconductor, SSD, or manufacturing environments.
• Basic troubleshooting and debugging experience with electronic or test equipment.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and engineering data analysis.
