Senior Category Manager - Indirect Categories (Gaming)

Location: Remote or Redmond, Washington, United States

Salary: $119,280–$220,700 annual base pay in the U.S.; incentive compensation may also apply.

What you will do

• Develop and execute short- and long-term category strategies across advertising, marketing, technology, security, and benefits.
• Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing, including supplier evaluations, RFx processes, selection, and executive recommendations.
• Negotiate commercial, financial, and contractual terms while managing legal, privacy, security, operational, and business risks.
• Build financial models, analyze supplier cost structures and market trends, and identify savings and total-cost-of-ownership opportunities.
• Drive supplier consolidation, demand management, contract standardization, preferred-supplier programs, and governance frameworks.
• Manage supplier performance and present business cases, category roadmaps, and sourcing recommendations to senior leadership.

Requirements

• 7+ years of strategic sourcing, procurement, or category management experience in large, complex organizations.
• Enterprise-scale sourcing experience across advertising and marketing, technology, and benefits categories.
• Experience negotiating complex agreements involving agency services, technology services, software, infrastructure, hardware, and SaaS.
• Demonstrated savings, cost avoidance, process improvement, and risk mitigation results.
• Strong stakeholder management, financial analysis, quantitative modeling, and advanced Excel skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Copilot and AI-enabled tools, plus excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Nice to have

• MBA or another advanced business degree.
• CPSM, CIPS, ISM, APICS, PMP, or similar certification.
• Experience with Oracle iProc or similar Source-to-Pay platforms, ServiceNow, or intake and workflow management tools.
• Experience in entertainment, media, technology, or global consumer-facing businesses.
• Experience in facilities management, physical security and safety, outsourced development, localization, QA, or procurement transformation.
