Defense Procurement Specialist (AI)

Location: Must be based in Paris, France (On-site)

hirify.global is a defense startup building AI-guided interceptors and software platforms to counter drones and cruise missiles for NATO-aligned militaries.

What you will do

• Monitor and identify relevant military tenders and calls for proposals from DGA, European Defense Fund, and NATO.
• Prepare and submit comprehensive responses to identified defense tenders.
• Track defense innovation programs and coordinate application processes.
• Produce executive summaries on military requirements, threat assessments, and operational trends.
• Engage with the defense industrial base, including prime contractors and military R&D centers.

Requirements

• French nationality is a must-have due to security clearance eligibility requirements.
• Currently a Master's student in Defense & Security, International Relations, or Public Affairs.
• Deep understanding of French Armed Forces organization, military doctrine, and procurement processes.
• Genuine interest in military AI, drones, ISR systems, and counter-UAS operations.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Ability to produce military-grade documentation and operational briefings.

Nice to have

• Prior defense experience (service, reserves, or internships).
• Existing relationships within the French Armed Forces or DGA.
• Technical understanding of AI, computer vision, or robotics.
• Knowledge of Ukrainian language and culture.
