Procurement Manager - FinOps

Location: Paris, France; remote role with Remote Fridays

What you will do

• Own indirect IT procurement covering SaaS tools, software licenses, data platforms, observability tools, and technology vendors.
• Lead global negotiations, renewals, contracts, MSAs, benchmarking, and savings initiatives across IT spend.
• Maintain GCP and AWS billing data, dashboards, and monthly cost reviews with Engineering and Finance.
• Build unit-economics models by product and workload, including cost per user, event, and training run.
• Identify cloud optimization opportunities such as rightsizing, storage tiering, egress reduction, and query-cost optimization.
• Track realized savings and forecast IT and cloud spend with FP&A.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in FinOps, cloud cost management, procurement, or data-heavy analytics.
• Ability to analyze raw billing exports and extract meaningful insights independently.
• Strong knowledge of cloud pricing mechanics, including committed-use discounts, savings plans, spot instances, storage classes, egress, and BigQuery pricing.
• Experience building fact-based negotiation cases and leading vendor negotiations.
• Ability to communicate analyses to senior engineers and translate findings for Finance stakeholders.
• Fluent English required; French is a plus.

Nice to have

• FinOps Certified Practitioner or GCP certification.
• Experience with gaming or adtech data stacks, streaming pipelines, or ML workloads.
