IT Procurement Specialist (AI)

Location: Annecy, France; full-time permanent position based in Annecy

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end sourcing projects for software, IT services, and technology-related spend.
• Manage external IT consultants and professional services engagements, including SOWs, contracts, renewals, and amendments.
• Support strategic supplier relationships, supplier reviews, performance monitoring, and governance activities.
• Develop procurement reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking to improve spend and supplier visibility.
• Manage purchase orders, contract administration, invoice reconciliation, and supplier issue resolution.
• Contribute to procurement transformation initiatives involving process automation and AI.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, strategic sourcing, or vendor management.
• Experience with IT suppliers, professional services providers, technology-related spend, and external workforce procurement.
• Knowledge of contract management, supplier management, SOW-based engagements, and procurement processes.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data, reporting, and procurement tools such as SAP, Ariba, Concur, or similar platforms.
• Fluent English and professional French required.
• Ability to collaborate with IT, Finance, suppliers, and stakeholders in an international environment.
