Senior Associate, Influencer Partnership (Influencer Marketing)

Location: Hybrid in New York, NY, United States; subject to in-office attendance requirements.

Base salary: $70,000–$80,000 USD per year.

What you will do

• Support influencer sourcing through research, discovery, and platform-native lists.
• Maintain databases, trackers, contracts, and campaign documentation.
• Assist with outreach communications for paid and earned influencer campaigns.
• Monitor influencer assets, deadlines, and campaign deliverables.
• Gather performance data and organize reporting insights.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Creator, Affiliate, Influencer & Talent team.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or a related field; internships are welcome.
• Strong research and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Comfort with spreadsheets, trackers, and administrative tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with guidance.
