Junior Operations Program

Location: Hybrid in Tbilisi, Georgia; Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00

Compensation: 1200 GEL gross per month

What you will do

• Support daily payment processing and transaction monitoring.
• Assist with operational checks, reconciliations, and internal controls.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Support internal teams with operational and administrative tasks.
• Follow procedures to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely completion.
• Learn and apply internal banking systems and operational processes.

Requirements

• No prior professional experience required.
• Academic performance with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Strong attention to detail, willingness to learn, and a responsible, process-oriented mindset.
• Basic computer skills and comfort working with data.
• Ability to follow procedures, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively.
• Strong communication skills in both Georgian and English required.
