Senior Financial Crime Officer

What you will do

• Develop financial crime management strategies based on best practices and a risk-based approach.
• Prepare and maintain AML/CTF policies and procedures in line with regulatory requirements and international standards.
• Act as a company contact for the regulator and Georgia’s Financial Monitoring Service.
• Support on-site and off-site regulatory inspections and provide the required assistance.
• Review financial crime management software, update relevant products, and define technical requirements.
• Assess money-laundering risks for new products and services, prepare periodic risk reports, advise on complex AML/CTF matters, and deliver staff training.

Requirements

• At least three years of experience in financial crime, including AML/CTF compliance.
• Proficiency in English is required.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work independently under time pressure.
• High integrity and sound professional judgment.
