What you will do

• Build, develop, and maintain financial systems and technical documentation.
• Design and implement management reporting solutions, including actual vs budget and operational KPI reporting.
• Develop financial models for Income Statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow forecasts.
• Implement and integrate new software solutions to meet business requirements.
• Audit and optimize internal processes to improve business efficiency.
• Train team members on the efficient use of financial systems.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in accounting and financial analysis.
• Fluent English is a must.
• Expert-level proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Experience with SQL and database management.
• Strong understanding of accounting software logic and financial/operational reporting.
• Ability to translate technical IT language into business-friendly dialogue.

Nice to have

• Experience with Zoho Creator and Deluge script language.
• Proficiency with G Suite for Business, Slack, Asana, and Miro.
