Payment Service Manager (iGaming)

Location: Tbilisi, Georgia; hybrid work

What you will do

• Design and execute payment operations according to business and customer requirements.
• Investigate, escalate, and resolve reconciliation and other payment-related operational issues.
• Coordinate with payment vendors and internal stakeholders to maintain smooth daily operations.
• Monitor payment channel performance and manage the execution of payment projects.
• Track UX/UI performance and continuously improve the end-to-end payment journey.
• Request and analyze operational reports.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in the payments business, preferably in a bank or other financial organization.
• Higher education, preferably in finance, economics, or management.
• Analytical and logical thinking, accuracy, decision-making, initiative, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Professional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• High proficiency in English required.
