Director – Growth Products - AP Crypto Product and Commercialization (Crypto)

Location: Singapore; at least 3 days per week in the office

What you will do

• Identify and build transformative crypto products for Asia Pacific markets and enhance existing products.
• Partner with global product and technology teams to localize and deploy crypto products across the region.
• Develop and manage proofs of concept, pilots, and partnerships with clients, crypto wallets, exchanges, and infrastructure providers.
• Lead the product lifecycle from concept development and market validation through pilot execution, launch, and commercial scaling.
• Translate market, client, and partner feedback into product enhancements and roadmap recommendations.
• Coordinate with legal, risk, and compliance teams on product assessments, licensing reviews, regulatory submissions, and applications.

Requirements

• 12 or more years of experience leading product management, product development, or commercialization in fintech, payments, crypto, or financial services.
• Proven experience building products or solutions and leading complex design and delivery in a digital currency or fintech environment.
• Strong knowledge of the digital currency ecosystem, blockchain technology, retail payments, and cross-border payments.
• Experience working with fintechs, crypto wallets, exchanges, and crypto infrastructure providers.
• Experience collaborating across product, technology, legal, compliance, and risk functions.
• MBA or an advanced degree in a relevant discipline, plus strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Previous product experience at a startup or high-growth company.
• Knowledge of stablecoins, tokenized deposits, CBDCs, and evolving crypto regulations.
