Senior Card Product Manager (Crypto)

Location: Hong Kong or Singapore; remote-first, work-from-home arrangement may vary depending on the role and team.

What you will do

• Define and own the card product roadmap across multiple markets, including milestones, dependencies, success metrics, and OKRs.
• Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery and development through launch, monitoring, and iteration.
• Coordinate partner integrations, review API documentation, assess feasibility, and connect business and engineering teams.
• Design end-to-end card journeys covering issuance, activation, authorization, top-ups, rewards, campaigns, and disputes.
• Create PRDs, wireframes, user flows, sequence diagrams, and implementation plans with edge-case coverage.
• Track KPIs and product dashboards, analyze data, diagnose issues, and drive improvements using BI tools and AI.

Requirements

• 5+ years of card product management experience, preferably including card-program launches across multiple markets and 0→1 development.
• Experience managing a card portfolio toward positive P&L and strong penetration among active users.
• Knowledge of authorization, clearing, settlement, reconciliation, chargebacks, BIN management, tokenization, and card lifecycle processes.
• Understanding of card risk and compliance frameworks, card scheme rules, and regulatory requirements across jurisdictions.
• Strong stakeholder management, product design, documentation, and asynchronous communication skills.
• Ability to interpret API documentation and communicate requirements to engineering; SQL proficiency is a plus.

Nice to have

• Experience with virtual cards, Apple Pay or Google Pay tokenization, or card-as-a-service platforms.
• Familiarity with multi-currency wallets and cross-border payment flows.
• Experience with crypto and fintech ecosystems, including on/off-ramp, stablecoin settlement, or crypto-to-fiat flows.
• Previous experience at a crypto exchange, neobank, or embedded finance company.
