Sr. Legal Operations Specialist (Litigation, Intellectual Property & Brand Protection)

What you will do

• Lead day-to-day operational support for litigation matters, including litigation holds, preservation notices, custodian tracking, document collections, productions, reporting, and matter documentation.
• Partner with Engineering, Security, IT, Product, and outside counsel to preserve electronically stored information and coordinate subpoenas, investigations, regulatory matters, and litigation vendors.
• Administer eDiscovery workflows, including custodian interviews, data preservation, review coordination, production tracking, vendor management, and reporting.
• Manage trademark, patent, copyright, and domain-name portfolio administration, including docketing, renewals, registrations, budgets, metrics, and outside counsel coordination.
• Coordinate DMCA takedown requests, counter-notices, copyright infringement investigations, evidence preservation, platform communications, and repeat-infringement tracking.
• Support brand-protection investigations involving trademark infringement, counterfeit products, unauthorized resellers, domain abuse, phishing, impersonation, marketplace violations, and MAP violations; develop scalable SOPs, automation, dashboards, and KPIs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; a paralegal or legal operations certificate is preferred but not required.
• At least 5 years of experience in legal operations, litigation support, intellectual property, eDiscovery, or a related legal function.
• Experience supporting U.S. litigation and legal preservation obligations.
• Experience with Relativity, Everlaw, DISCO, Exterro, or similar eDiscovery tools.
• Strong understanding of litigation holds and eDiscovery, plus experience coordinating with outside counsel.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
