Annual base salary: $300,000, plus a discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Manage individual trading strategies in rapidly evolving live markets.
• Tune model parameters to reflect current market conditions.
• Execute trades based on model recommendations and evaluate real-time market feedback.
• Analyze risks and rewards while exploring new trading strategies.
• Develop and optimize trading models with quants and software developers.
• Integrate analyses and new ideas into trading strategies and systems.

Requirements

• Graduating in winter 2026 or spring/summer 2027.
• Quantitatively focused.
• Quick learner with intellectual curiosity and strong attention to detail.
• Self-starter able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
