Program Owner - Guidewire Products & Capabilities (P&C Insurance)

Location: United States - Remote

Salary: $116,000–$204,000 annual base salary

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of programs that increase adoption of hirify.global products and Level 2 capabilities.
• Design and deliver persona-based learning for internal teams, customers, partners, sales, customer success, services, and support.
• Conduct needs assessments, create readiness and training plans, curate or develop content, and secure stakeholder sign-off.
• Build live, virtual, self-service, video, tool-guide, and AI coaching learning experiences, including product testing and certification.
• Partner with Product Management, Support, Product Marketing, LX/UX, Communications, and Readiness Business Partners on product launches and updates.
• Track stakeholder satisfaction, business performance, usefulness scores, completion rates, adoption metrics, and program execution.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in enablement, learning and development, onboarding, or a related field within enterprise software.
• 1–2 years of experience facilitating live or virtual training sessions.
• Strong instructional design, curriculum development, presentation, facilitation, communication, and adaptability skills.
• Knowledge of the P&C insurance domain and business acumen to support strategic product adoption.
• Experience planning and executing complex, multi-workstream programs and tracking status and outcomes.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, LMS and survey/analytics tools, authoring platforms, virtual delivery tools, AI tools, and project tracking systems such as Monday.com.

Nice to have

• Experience in P&C insurance or enterprise SaaS.
• Working knowledge of AI tooling for instructional design.
