Forward Deployed Engineers

Location: On-site in New York City, United States. Willingness to travel for customer engagements is required. International candidates may be eligible for visa sponsorship, including STEM OPT, OPT, H1B, O1, and E3.

Salary: $130K–$275K annually, plus equity and bonus.

hirify.global is building a search engine for the AI era, with a Search API used by agents, Fortune 500 companies, and AI labs.

What you will do

• Take customers from cold outbound through production integration and closed deals.
• Build and ship demos, tutorials, and sample applications for the Search API.
• Debug and resolve full-stack technical issues, from API behavior to frontend rendering.
• Translate customer feedback into product improvements and ship fixes when possible.
• Run sales and technical calls with CTOs, engineers, and product managers.
• Analyze usage data and customer interactions to identify churn risk and drive expansion.

Requirements

• Several years of programming experience, including the ability to build and deploy a production server from scratch.
• Track record of high performance in demanding environments.
• Experience with direct customer interaction, sales, support, or other high-stakes conversations.
• High tolerance for context-switching, ambiguity, and sustained intensity.
• Willingness to travel for customer engagements.

• Experience building and shipping user-facing products end to end.
• Experience closing revenue or driving commercial outcomes.
