QA Engineer (Contract)

Location: Remote - United States; working hours are 8:30am–5:30pm EST, Monday through Friday. Infrequent client-site travel may be required, and an in-person component may be requested.

Pay: $35–$42 per hour.

What you will do

• Implement automated tests in C# using Selenium, Playwright, and/or Cypress.
• Develop and maintain automation frameworks for API and web applications.
• Perform manual and exploratory testing to identify edge cases and gaps in system behavior.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, analysts, architects, project managers, and technical teams to improve coverage, release efficiency, and production system health.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 2 years of post-graduate professional experience as a QA Automation Engineer.
• Strong experience with Playwright and Selenium.
• Experience with both manual and automated testing.
• Proficiency with Git-based source control.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and fully remote teams.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without employment-based visa sponsorship; visa sponsorship is not available.
