Employee Experience, Listening & Culture Lead

Location: Wilmington, Delaware, United States; occasional travel; day shift

Salary: $143,760–$269,550 per year, plus eligibility for bonus, stock, and benefits

What you will do

• Shape the global employee experience strategy across engagement, listening, and culture.
• Design and implement an enterprise listening strategy using Workday Peakon and other employee insight sources.
• Lead culture initiatives that strengthen connection, inclusion, leadership alignment, and employee pride.
• Partner with business and country leaders, HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, and employees to turn insights into action.
• Lead the Country General Manager network and Employee Network Groups, including strategy, governance, funding, communications, and activation.
• Develop internal and external narratives, leadership messaging, stakeholder updates, ESG reporting inputs, and measurement frameworks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR, business administration, psychology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in employee engagement, listening, culture, employee experience, or a related HR role in a global or matrixed organization.
• Deep expertise in employee engagement, culture, listening, and employee experience.
• Experience with Workday and employee listening platforms; Peakon experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, storytelling, collaboration, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Digital literacy across HCM systems, dashboards, listening platforms, and employee analytics tools.

Nice to have

• SHRM, CIPD, or an equivalent certification.
