Forward Deployed Engineer (AI)

Location: In-person in London, United Kingdom; willingness to travel for customer engagements is required.

Salary: £120K–£200K plus bonus.

hirify.global is building a search engine for the AI era, with a Search API used by agents, Fortune 500 companies, and AI labs.

What you will do

• Guide customers from cold outbound through production integration and closed deals.
• Build and ship demos, tutorials, and sample applications showcasing the Search API.
• Debug and resolve technical issues across API behavior, backend systems, and frontend rendering.
• Identify patterns in customer feedback and translate them into product improvements, shipping fixes when possible.
• Lead sales and technical calls with CTOs, engineers, and product managers.
• Analyze usage data and customer interactions to identify churn risk and drive account expansion.

Requirements

• Several years of programming experience and the ability to build and deploy a production server from scratch.
• Track record of high performance in demanding environments.
• Comfort with direct customer interaction and high-stakes conversations.
• High tolerance for context-switching, ambiguity, and sustained intensity.
• Willingness to work in person in London and travel as needed for customer engagements.

• Experience building and shipping user-facing products end to end.
