Manager, Ethics & Compliance Engagement & Operations

Salary: $99,200–$183,520 annual base pay, plus potential incentive compensation

What you will do

• Develop and execute ethics and compliance training deployment plans covering scope, objectives, audiences, timelines, and resources.
• Schedule and coordinate 500+ annual training sessions across 35+ office locations and virtual settings, including facilitators, registrations, logistics, and learning management system administration.
• Maintain training records and documentation, respond to employee questions, and follow up on incomplete training.
• Partner with learning management system administrators and analysts to create completion reports and dashboards.
• Facilitate live virtual and in-person training on policies, expectations, and ethics and compliance topics.
• Support Way2Play Heroes Summits and the Ethics and Compliance Heroes program.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 8 years of professional experience.
• At least 8 years of combined experience in learning and development program and project management; ethics and compliance experience is preferred.
• Strong project management, analytical, organizational, training facilitation, communication, problem-solving, and judgment skills.
• Ability to collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders, including senior management, while balancing multiple time-critical priorities.
• Ability to handle critical information with discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
