TL;DR
Senior Product Manager, Inventory & Operations (Supply Chain and Inventory Systems): Leading the vision and roadmap for systems that power order fulfillment, returns, inventory management, transportation, and supplier relationships with an accent on operational scale, automation, and complex warehouse workflows. Focus on building internal fulfillment and warehouse technology, expanding supplier integrations, using APIs, system architecture, SQL, and AI tools, and delivering measurable gains in throughput, inventory accuracy, cycle times, and channel capacity.

Location: Hybrid role based in the Dumbo office in Brooklyn, NY, with office attendance four days per week and flexible Fridays. Weekly travel to the Secaucus, New Jersey fulfillment center and occasional travel to facilities outside the New York metropolitan area are expected.

Salary: $160,00–$195,700 anticipated annual base salary.

What you will do

  • Own the product vision, roadmap, and PRDs for operational, supply chain, and inventory management systems.
  • Lead a squad of engineers and cross-functional partners delivering fulfillment, warehouse technology, booking, transportation, inventory care, and supplier management solutions.
  • Build internal systems for operational scale and develop supplier integration capabilities.
  • Partner with Operations, Transportation, Inventory, Buying, Engineering, Analytics, Finance, product design, and third-party vendors to align priorities and resolve trade-offs.
  • Define success metrics, monitor performance after launch, and iterate on products using operational feedback and data.
  • Use AI tools, Figma, and modern workflows to prototype and validate solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of Product Management experience shipping complex products.
  • Strong systems and operational thinking, including the ability to translate complex warehouse workflows into actionable product requirements.
  • Technical fluency with APIs, system architecture discussions, and SQL.
  • Experience using quantitative metrics and qualitative feedback to validate hypotheses and build business cases.
  • Ability to communicate clearly, build consensus across matrixed teams, and lead squad members.
  • Ability to work from the Brooklyn office four days per week, with regular travel to the Secaucus fulfillment center.

Nice to have

  • Experience in e-commerce, fulfillment, inventory management, reverse logistics, transportation, or related supply chain domains.
