Senior Product Manager - Seller Experience (AI/Automation)

Location: Hybrid in New York, NY, with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote

Salary: $175,000–$270,000 gross annual base salary, plus equity and benefits

What you will do

• Own the strategy and measurable roadmap for the post-purchase seller experience.
• Reduce seller friction through policy communications, in-product guidance, self-service payment, and dispute workflows.
• Design and automate targeted policy frameworks based on seller segment, geography, event type, and risk profile.
• Build seller incentives, penalties, issue-detection improvements, and collections flows.
• Lead cross-functional execution with Engineering, Operations, Customer Support, Strategic Finance, and Legal.
• Measure customer and policy funnels, run experiments, and develop a more mature seller experience organization.

Requirements

• 6+ years of Product Management experience or equivalent.
• Experience with two-sided marketplaces, policy and incentive design, enterprise products, or workflow and UX systems.
• Experience shipping scaled, highly technical, platform-like products.
• Strong customer focus, written product specifications, and stakeholder communication across Engineering, Legal, Risk, Finance, and Operations.
• Strong analytical skills and experience defining metrics, analyzing experiments, and using SQL, Snowflake, and Tableau.
