Loan Processor Team Lead

What you will do

• Support the Regional Processing Manager with weekly pipeline calls and branch communications.
• Mentor and train loan processors on customer service, quality control, suspense items, and timeline performance.
• Manage aged loan reports, upcoming-month BFA goals, and timely pre-draw preparation.
• Monitor projected-to-close, timeline exception, loan approval condition, and other pipeline reports.
• Conduct pipeline reviews and help processors resolve guideline and loan-file questions.
• Assign incoming files and provide coverage when the Regional Processing Manager is unavailable.

Requirements

• Experience supporting loan processing and mortgage pipeline management.
• Ability to train, mentor, and supervise loan processors.
• Ability to manage performance metrics and resolve loan-file or guideline issues.
• Professional and ethical approach to customer service and business operations.
• Ability to travel overnight.
