Sr. Technical Program Manager

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of enterprise technology programs, including scope, planning, risk management, status reporting, and stakeholder alignment.
• Coordinate business, product, UX, and software engineering teams to align priorities, roadmaps, and cross-functional dependencies.
• Manage system integrations across the technology stack and ensure reliable, well-documented data flows.
• Map and improve business processes, including process maps, standards, workflows, and operational documentation.
• Develop change management plans for system deployments, including communication, training coordination, and adoption tracking.
• Maintain PMO standards, facilitate governance forums, track actions, and prepare executive-ready reporting.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of program or project management experience in enterprise IT, digital transformation, or technology implementation.
• Experience managing full-cycle implementations from requirements through hypercare.
• Working knowledge of system integration patterns, API-based connectivity, and middleware concepts.
• Experience creating process maps, SOPs, RACI matrices, and workflow documentation for training and audit purposes.
• Familiarity with structured change management approaches and program tracking, documentation, and executive reporting tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, and Confluence.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.

Nice to have

• Experience in manufacturing, automotive, or complex hardware environments.
• PMP or equivalent certification.
• Familiarity with DV/PV/SOP milestones, BOM management, or shop-floor operations.
