Principal Pre-sales Solutions Consultant (Pharma/Life Science)

What you will do

• Act as a technical liaison for enterprise clients, aligning solution architectures, integrations, and technical roadmaps.
• Educate clients on hirify.global Data Fusion® through demos, workshops, technical briefings, and solution accelerators.
• Design scalable architectures connecting operational and enterprise systems across cloud and hybrid environments.
• Partner with sales and field engineering teams on account strategy, use-case development, technical validations, and complex client engagements.
• Translate client feedback into product requirements and provide market insights to product and engineering teams.
• Develop best practices and reference architectures while mentoring other Field Engineers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in solution architecture, field engineering, or technical presales/postsales roles, ideally in enterprise SaaS, cloud platforms, or industrial software.
• Hands-on Python experience and strong software development best practices.
• Experience building trusted relationships with enterprise clients, technology partners, sales teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Expertise in industrial data, OT/IT convergence, data integration patterns, data pipelines, storage, security, and governance.
• Understanding of data platforms, APIs, and integration methods in cloud and hybrid environments.

Nice to have

• Education or practical experience in petroleum, chemical, mechanical, control systems, or process engineering.
• Knowledge of Azure, AWS, and GCP services and architectures.
• Experience leading technical validations and developing solution accelerators for complex integrated solutions.
• Experience partnering with product and engineering teams to shape product development.
• Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills for executive, partner, and technical audiences.
