Principal Pre-sales Solutions Consultant (Pharma/Life Science)

What you will do

• Act as a technical liaison for enterprise clients, aligning solutions, integration architectures, and technical roadmaps.
• Educate clients on hirify.global Data Fusion® and lead solution adoption, integration, and value realization.
• Develop client-focused demonstrations, reference architectures, and solution accelerators.
• Partner with account management, sales, field engineering, product, and engineering teams on complex opportunities.
• Organize client workshops and technical briefings while serving as an escalation point for complex engagements.
• Mentor Field Engineers and promote best practices for client engagement and solution development.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in solution architecture, field engineering, or technical presales/postsales roles, preferably in enterprise SaaS, cloud platforms, or industrial software.
• Hands-on Python experience and strong software development practices.
• Experience building trusted relationships with technology partners, enterprise clients, and internal stakeholders.
• Expertise in industrial data, OT/IT convergence, and data integration patterns.
• Understanding of data platforms, APIs, data pipelines, storage, security, and governance in cloud and hybrid environments.

Nice to have

• Education or practical experience in petroleum, chemical, mechanical, control systems, or process engineering.
• Knowledge of Azure, AWS, and GCP services and architectures.
• Experience leading technical validations and developing solution accelerators.
• Experience providing field feedback to product and engineering teams.
• Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
