Focus on defining products and process nodes, analyzing error budgets, supervising layout, debugging post-silicon devices, and supporting test and production release.

What you will do

  • Design and develop integrated circuits from transistor level through system level.
  • Contribute to product definition and evaluate suitable semiconductor process nodes.
  • Run circuit simulations, perform logic verification, and develop test methodologies.
  • Guide and verify physical layout implementation against electrical design rules.
  • Debug, characterize, and evaluate devices after tape-out during silicon validation.
  • Support test program development, product release, technical documentation, and demo boards.

Requirements

  • Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or Microelectronics; fresh graduates only.
  • Solid knowledge of analog and digital circuits, semiconductor physics, and integrated circuit design flows.
  • Familiarity with precision analog building blocks such as op-amps, ADCs, DACs, and voltage references.
  • Understanding of error budget analysis, including offset, noise, and drift.
  • Familiarity with mainstream EDA tools for circuit design and simulation.
  • Clear technical communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
