Service Delivery Manager

Location: Colombo, Western Province, Sri Lanka

What you will do

• Advise and guide customers and partners on obtaining maximum value from hirify.global Success Service.
• Plan and manage service delivery from an end-to-end perspective.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, practices, and business adoption.
• Lead service governance in partnership with Success Managers and customer or partner executives.
• Read and interpret customer contracts and coordinate delivery with hirify.global Service Teams.
• Support successful engagements, customer advocacy, and value realization.

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent professional qualification.
• At least 5 years of experience in service delivery management, preferably in IT services.
• Experience with enterprise software solutions.
• Direct customer-facing service experience at all levels of a customer organization.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of hirify.global Applications, FSM/PSO applications, and the hirify.global Service Portfolio.
• Commercial thinking and a strong service mindset.
