Delivery Owner

Location: Hybrid in Gulu or Kampala, Uganda

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery performance across SLAs, KPIs, quality, timelines, and commercial outcomes.
• Lead complex, fast-changing client delivery environments and take accountability for commitments and outcomes.
• Identify risks, resolve incidents, maintain service continuity, and manage escalations.
• Build trusted relationships with Directors, VPs, Executives, and other senior client stakeholders.
• Coordinate Operations, Talent, Finance, Compliance, and other internal teams while managing dependencies and removing blockers.
• Maintain governance, reporting, contractual, regulatory, legal, and security compliance standards.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Service Delivery, Project or Program Management, Operations, or Client Delivery.
• Experience managing complex, multi-country, or enterprise accounts.
• Strong experience working with executive stakeholders in high-pressure delivery environments.
• Commercial awareness and understanding of risk, workforce coordination, revenue, and margin impact.
• Ability to make decisive, independent decisions in ambiguous environments and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Clear communication, strong ownership, problem-solving ability, and confidence operating in matrixed teams.
