Senior Manager, Executive Fulfillment Escalations (Semiconductor)

Location: Santa Clara, CA, United States. Travel required up to 10% of the time. Relocation is not eligible.

Salary: $146,500–$201,500 per year

What you will do

• Lead the regional fulfillment team responsible for executive-level spare part issues and escalations.
• Coordinate recovery actions across planning, procurement, field service operations, customer contact, spares execution, and site teams.
• Facilitate decisions on allocation, substitutions, recovery plans, and customer commitments.
• Establish consistent fulfillment processes, tools, governance, and escalation communications.
• Manage cross-functional fulfillment and operations projects while ensuring accountability, compliance, and follow-through.
• Analyze customer and fulfillment data to identify gaps, improve processes, and drive containment and long-term corrective actions.

Requirements

• Conceptual and practical expertise in the relevant discipline, with knowledge of customer order fulfillment systems and tools such as SAP.
• Ability to analyze data, solve complex fulfillment problems, improve processes, and support decision-making.
• Knowledge of supply and demand signals and the semiconductor equipment industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, with strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to lead a team, influence stakeholders, and work effectively in a matrixed organization.
• Clear and professional written and spoken English is required.
