What you will do
- Build production AI applications, agents, and AI-enabled workflows.
- Design retrieval foundations using RAG, vector search, semantic enrichment, and knowledge assets.
- Develop AI-ready data products with strong quality, governance, lineage, and reuse foundations.
- Create reusable AI capabilities, engineering patterns, and assets for enterprise use cases.
- Apply evaluation, monitoring, observability, and governance practices to improve AI reliability.
- Partner with domain experts, business stakeholders, engineers, and platform teams to turn complex challenges into scalable production solutions.
Requirements
- Production experience building software, AI, platform, or data solutions.
- Experience or familiarity with modern AI technologies, data platforms, and enterprise architectures.
- Strong engineering foundations with a focus on quality, reliability, and reusability.
- Ability to solve ambiguous problems and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent practical experience.
- Typically 6+ years of relevant experience in software engineering, AI engineering, data engineering, machine learning, platform engineering, or related disciplines.
Nice to have
- Experience with AI agents, agentic workflows, RAG, LLM application development, AI evaluation, observability, orchestration, and production deployment.
- Experience with data products, data contracts, metadata management, semantic enrichment, vector databases, graph technologies, data quality, governance, and lineage.
- Experience with full-stack development, distributed systems, APIs, cloud platforms, enterprise integration, platform engineering, and identity or access controls.
