What you will do

• Lead the setup, structure, and end-to-end delivery of multiple complex engagements across production, marketing and communications, product development, and innovation.
• Deliver customer experiences spanning websites, e-commerce, mobile apps, emerging technologies, films, products, events, and physical experiences.
• Manage clients, partners, suppliers, budgets, resources, scope, risks, and open issues through project completion.
• Define and communicate suitable project approaches across agile, waterfall, and different project phases.
• Facilitate collaboration across departments, mentor team members, and enable project teams to work autonomously.
• Lead engagements involving technical, brand, marketing, environmental, multi-country rollout, physical construction, or fixed-deadline complexities.

Requirements

• Significant experience managing diverse service delivery functions in fast-paced environments.
• Experience implementing innovative, interactive, and consumer-focused solutions.
• Strong client leadership skills, including facilitating challenging discussions with senior stakeholders and building long-term relationships.
• Strong understanding of agile and waterfall methodologies and when to use them.
• Ability to define functional and technical requirements or user stories.
• Experience making commercial and financial decisions, with a strong customer service ethos and commitment to quality.

Nice to have

• Certification in Scrum, Lean, or another delivery methodology.
• Experience across production, marketing and communications projects, product development, or innovation.
