What you will do

• Build marketplace systems that acquire and match candidates at scale.
• Improve experiences for companies, recruiters, and candidates across the platform.
• Develop agentic recruiting systems using proprietary hiring data to identify strong matches.
• Build recruiting tools including a recruiter CRM, AI-assisted workflows, and integrations.
• Discover high-impact problems, design solutions, ship them end to end, and own outcomes.
• Contribute to product direction at the intersection of engineering, business impact, and user needs.

Requirements

• Product-minded approach to deciding what to build and why, using user behavior, data, and first-principles thinking.
• Business-minded thinking focused on revenue, retention, and market dynamics.
• Strong technical ability to move quickly across the stack without compromising important quality standards.
• High ownership, including identifying needs, making plans, and building solutions independently.
• Ability to work on-site in San Francisco.
