Director/Senior Director, Strategic Solutions (AI)

Location: Paris, France; travel to customer sites up to 50% of the time or more depending on business needs.

What you will do

• Consult with Global 1000 customers on digital transformation strategies and turn identified opportunities into sales.
• Develop and sell high-value AI use cases and AI application roadmaps.
• Build strategic customer relationships, support digital transformation goals, and expand client adoption.
• Create and manage strategic customer engagement plans and research customer prospects and targets.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, product, and marketing teams on new offerings.
• Drive business development with alliance partners and manage strategic account selling and customer success.

Requirements

• Degree in engineering, science, computer science, or a related technical field; a Master’s or MBA is preferred.
• Prior sales experience in a SaaS or product company and/or management consulting experience.
• Strong enterprise network with access to potential buyers in large organizations.
• Technical fluency in AI, machine learning, data integration, engineering, operations research, physics, mathematics, or computer science.
• Experience with generative AI tools such as Claude.
• Excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal, planning, organizational, and analytical skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in consulting, defense, intelligence, manufacturing, supply chain, healthcare, or energy.
• Master’s or MBA degree.
• Experience with AI and machine learning.
