What you will do

• Lead supplier quality execution across the electrical and lighting supply base.
• Manage PPAP submissions, approval status, and supplier readiness against program milestones.
• Drive functional, performance, regulatory, dimensional, and appearance compliance.
• Lead containment and corrective actions for underperforming suppliers.
• Manage and develop Supplier Quality Engineers aligned to electrical and lighting commodities.
• Coordinate readiness reviews and milestone gates with Purchasing, Engineering, and Manufacturing.

Requirements

• Engineering degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 10+ years of supplier quality experience, including PPAP, APQP, launch support, and compliance management.
• Prior people management or team lead experience, including direct leadership of supplier quality engineers.
• Deep experience with wiring harnesses, connectors, ECUs, lighting modules, headlamps, tail lamps, and photometric assemblies.
• Experience developing supplier KPIs and scorecards and tracking readiness using data.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, communication, relationship-building, and collaboration skills, with a high level of integrity.
