Lead Cloud Program Manager

Location: Fremont, California, United States; 4–5 days per week in the office with regular in-person meetings and occasional travel required.

Salary: $154,000–$187,000 annual base salary for California, plus eligibility for an annual performance bonus.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Automotive Cloud and Connected Services initiatives across vehicle, cloud, mobile, and digital ecosystems.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution across Commercial Operations, Product, Engineering, IT, RVT, and external partners.
• Manage multi-workstream delivery spanning OTA, diagnostics, mobile applications, data platforms, cloud architecture, user management, and security.
• Establish governance, ownership, reporting, documentation, and repeatable program management standards.
• Present program status, risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions in leadership reviews and monthly updates.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks, resolve bottlenecks, and support adoption of Jira, Confluence, and scalable delivery frameworks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional programs in software, cloud, or digital environments.
• Experience managing multi-system integrations involving cloud, APIs, backend, mobile, or vehicle systems.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, cloud architecture, distributed systems, data integration, and platform ecosystems.
• Strong executive communication, stakeholder alignment, and delivery visibility skills.
• Proficiency with enterprise project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Asana, Power BI, or Tableau.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or certifications such as PMP, Agile, SAFe, or Prosci/OCM.
• Experience in automotive, connected vehicle, IoT, or mobility ecosystems.
• Familiarity with OTA systems, telemetry, diagnostics, subscription platforms, and cloud delivery in highly integrated environments.
• Experience working across Engineering, IT, Product, and Commercial organizations simultaneously.
