Vice President, iGaming Revenue Operations (iGaming)

Location: Boston, MA, United States

Salary: USD 235,200–294,000 per year, plus bonus, equity, and applicable benefits.

What you will do

• Define and lead the operating model for the iGaming business.
• Partner with the EVP & GM, iGaming, to shape priorities, manage performance, and support executive decision-making.
• Own operating performance, commercial outcomes, sustainable revenue growth, and scalable execution.
• Align Operations, Marketing, Product & Technology, Analytics, VIP, Legal, and Compliance on strategic initiatives.
• Oversee merchandising, promotions, player programs, and game portfolio decisions across brands and jurisdictions.
• Build and develop a high-performing leadership organization while preparing operations for new markets and evolving regulations.

Requirements

• At least 15 years of experience leading operations, revenue, or P&L functions in iGaming, digital gaming, marketplaces, or similarly complex consumer businesses.
• Experience leading large, multidisciplinary organizations with accountability for revenue growth, operational excellence, and business performance.
• Deep knowledge of iGaming economics, game content strategy, merchandising, promotions, player lifecycle management, and multi-brand operations.
• Experience integrating commercial, content, and operations teams into a unified operating model.
• Strong analytical, strategic judgment, executive communication, and stakeholder-influencing skills.
• Experience operating in highly regulated environments while balancing innovation, compliance, and scalable execution.
