Sr. Applications Engineer (AI power systems): Building and validating high-power AC/DC and HV DC/DC platforms for new power semiconductor products in AI data centers with an accent on system-level validation, product definition, and customer requirements. Focus on developing next-generation IC specifications, troubleshooting complex application issues, and supporting technical engagement with customers and field application teams.

What you will do

  • Establish high-power AC/DC PSU and high-voltage DC/DC platforms with strategic partners.
  • Validate MPS IC products at the system level against customer requirements for the AI data center market.
  • Define new product concepts and next-generation IC specifications based on market trends and customer needs.
  • Provide technical support to FAE teams and troubleshoot complex application issues.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and FAE teams on customer visits, technical seminars, product promotion, and market research.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree or higher.
  • At least 3 years of experience in high-power product applications or PSU development.
  • English communication skills are required.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with partners, customers, Marketing, Sales, and FAE teams.

Nice to have

  • Server PSU development experience.
