Operations Professional (Sustainable Finance)

Location: Bucharest - Dacia One, Romania; hybrid work with time spent at home and in the office

What you will do

• Coordinate the end-to-end preparation of strategic awards submissions and Sustainable Finance initiatives.
• Prepare formal application documentation, slide decks, case studies, tombstones, and supporting evidence.
• Collect, validate, and format ESG information according to Front Office requirements and predefined templates.
• Review client ESG risk ratings and assess eligibility for Sustainable Finance facilities.
• Maintain accurate, traceable, and consistent workflows across all deliverables and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Strong written and spoken English communication skills are essential.
• 2–3 years of banking experience.
• University diploma.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills for managing complex information flows across multiple stakeholders.
• Analytical thinking for interpreting ESG risk ratings and assessing client eligibility.
• Ability to transform raw information into concise and visually engaging materials.
