What you will do

• Design and implement optical test and verification strategies for transitioning products from design to full-scale production.
• Characterize optical parameters using electrical and optical test and measurement equipment.
• Apply advanced data analysis to identify issues and improve optical designs.
• Integrate AI tools into test and characterization workflows.
• Collaborate with R&D, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to align product requirements.
• Create scalable, documented test solutions and validate products using Agile methodologies.

Requirements

• Graduate degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering Physics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of relevant product development experience in optical components, photonics, or telecommunications systems.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in software development and experience with optical component or subsystem design and testing.
• Experience with test automation, device-under-test interaction, and test equipment.
• Experience with Python, Flutter, Dart, VB.NET, or C#, plus software packages, frameworks, version control, and Agile tools.
